  • Feeling stiff? Pilates can help you improve your flexibility and relieve the tightness in your hips, shoulders, and lower back, making you more comfortable in the saddle.

  • Do your shoulders curl over or do you tend to tip forward? Pilates helps open up your chest, lengthen your spine, and realign your posture, keeping you upright and balanced for better control.

  • Struggling with balance or posture? Pilates strengthens your core, helping you stay centred and stable, even when your horse is unpredictable or challenging.
